Duplicate a large number of DPE

Hi,
i am trying to replicate my DP structures (now created for plc1 only) for more plc. I exported the configuration of all DPEs starting with "plc1*" from ASCII and replaced it with "plc2". Imported the variables log show me a lot of errors that repeats itself indefinitely for almost all the DPEs.

I use the 3.17 patch 05, the DPEs I export are about 32.000 of which about 1000 are connected with s7plus, the others are "internal". Almost all of them have the _general property active which I use to store descriptions in the dyn_langString.

Also I noticed that in PROJ_PATH/db/ winccoa/ Ive very big databases, could it be a storage limit of these databases?

EDIT 2:

I tried using the guide "How to initialize the configuration history?" , which seems to "shift" the problem, if before the errors came out in the middle of duplication now they come out towards the end of the duplication.
It seems strange to me that I exceeded 16,000,000 ID, during import (-in export_configs.asc -inactivateAlert) in the logviewer the list of variables had reached an ID of 309,000, far from the maximum limit

After RAIMA initialization, and the duplication attempt, the largest database file is objNameTxt.db with 147.839KB, and the others are 20mb or less

Some information in the database is corrupted and therefore you get this error.

I was able to solve most of the errors by reloading a very old backup, but I still have problems that Im convinced are related to the general dyn_langString.

Starting from a working project, after initializing the database with the guide, Ive create a simple code that instantiates a list of about 10-15 elements in Italian lang in about 20-25.000 dpes.
And at the end of this process all these errors pop up.

The alarms described below are also "alarm" type, but I assure you that the problem arises only when I do the dpSet of the:

The log messages you have posted refer to different problems, therefore you will need several solutions to fix all the problems which appeared.

The cause for one problem (file record limit exceeded) is described in the Knowledge Base article. As it can have different reasons (different database parts can be affected) for the log message there is no solution provided in the Knowledge Base article.

I will shortly send a small report of our problem to the support.

I just wanted to clarify that in reality the problems described above only appear when (in order) we reach the limit of the file. As if properties such as address, alert, pv_range etc ... are also corrupted.

In fact, for these tests we used a program that has been installed for several months and works correctly in all its functions, but if we simply go to massively duplicate the DPEs, properties that previously worked correctly are corrupted. (look for address and alert errors).

It will be interesting to understand what happens!!

This sounds a lot like you are filling up the configuration history there.

Did you try to import your tags with -noAlertConfigHist ?
