Why driver error doesn't affect data point element's diagnostic attributes?
As far as I remember, this behavior is observed with other drivers as well.

I see in the panel that you dont show what you choose in the combo box for "Set invalid bit". What did you use there?

You are right, I leaved Set invalid bit = Inactive. I have fixed it. Thanks

Also I found why Invalid bit doesn't trigger when driver is disabled.
From help:
"Since the deactivation of a connection is a requested user action, in this case the invalid bits on connection loss are not set on the related input or input/output addresses. This means the invalid bits are only set if an active connection is either lost or cannot be established."
