Hello,
Maybe there is misunderstanding from my side, but:
I want to use Apache as https proxy. Apache is runnig on separate machine in dmz
There are virtual hosts configured to connect to https webservers runnig on WinCCOA servers in secured zone.
Communication to do https servers works fine.
I also want to use mxProxy on WinCC OA servers.
Can I (and how) use Apache as secured proxy also for connection to mxProxy running on WinCCOAservers?
Should I use Apache's reverseproxy directive also for mxProxy port?
Best Regards

Re: Apache and mxProxy
It is not possible to proxy the mxProxy connections through Apache.
It is possible to run the mxProxy on a separate/DMZ host.
It is possible to use a reverse proxy for the WinCC OA webserver (for example with ULC UX).

Re: Apache and mxProxy
Thank You for reply.
But I have another question:
Can I run another mxProxy process on DMZ host if I have mxProxy running on WinCC OA servers?

Re: Apache and mxProxy
You can have a look at the Security Guidline for WinCC OA. There you will find detailed information how to configure MxProxy in a secure system.
