Profinet Driver Limitation-3.17

Hi All,

When I checked in the 3.17 online help, Profinet limitation: max 256 I/O devices are supported in a single I/O Controller. But could you please advise how many I/O controllers (S71200) are possible to connect in a single Profinet Driver. What is the limitation?

If you want to connect to a S7-1200 you can use the S7- or the S7Plus-driver of WinCC OA.
Why do you want to use the ProfSAFE driver in that case?
