remote UI not (always) connecting to Scada server

Hello,

we have several remote Ui, config same way to connect to the Scada server, and the users are suffering to connect because the following error message appears when they launch the remote Ui

WCCOAui (0), 2020.12.04 08:18:09.651, SYS, FATAL, 63, Connection error, This manager is already connected or Data is running in emergency / backup / recovery mode or the active data is unreachable.


When by chance, it connects, the connection is very slow.

Do you have any idea what is wrong ?

The other remote Ui are connecting fine to the same Scada server.

Please check if the "hosts" file of the operating system at the WinCC OA servers and clients contain the entries for the servers and/or the clients.
When getting a log entry at the client please always have a look at the server, maybe you find additional information in the PVSS_II.log file at the server.
