Project restart requiered to allow DesktopUI download new subproject panels

Hello,

We use subprojects into our main project for a best control of panels.

Each time we integrate a new subproject, we must restart the main project to allow Desktop UI downloads the new panels.

The weird for me is that without restart the main project, the GEDI can see the panels but the Desktop UI can't download them. When we add a subproject, a "proj_path" entry is added into the config file, and it is maybe why the restart is needed but, if this is the reason, why GEDI can see them without restart?

We would like that do this doesn't require a restart. There is a way to avoid this restart?
