Hello,
Im Working with a project where process value will be shown in facilities, specifically on smartTV, I tried to get the resource from the Tv Browser knowing it couldnt work because the well known restrictions about ULC UX, but with now due Android clients are supported maybe it could work, but it didnt.
So can you give me some reference about Tvs that works properly with ULC UX, and also if its possible project reference about working with Andon Board.
Thanks in advice.

Hello.
Currently smartTVs are not tested and therefore not generally/officially supported by WinCC OA.
You would have to find one that matches the general hard and software requirements to increase your chances.
In 3.18 we will feature a HTML5 based Easy Dashboard solution.
Chances should be very high that this will work on your desired hardware.
Kind regards.

Thanks for your response,
Yes we are going to make tests on SmartTvs that have AndroidTv as OS and then use Chrome as browser so maybe with those requirements we can run ULC UX on it. And also as an alternative we will look for MobileUi on it.
If it doesnt works, Could you give me a brief description of why do you think that Easy Dashboard will work?

Thanks for your response, we will make some test and look if MobileUi is available on smartTvs with AndroidTv as OS.gschijndel wrote: ↑ Tue Nov 10, 2020 2:58 pm If ULC UX is no must and installing an app is an option, you could try the MobileUI.

Mobile UI is also an option but would not be supported there either.
I am not sure if it will be available, perhaps you may install the APK manually.
Easy Dashboard would presumably work on it like every other webpage would, it mainly reduces dependencies as the only one would be a (modern) browser.

As written in the answer for the service request for the same topic there is possibly another solution for your requirement to show only a few values in a browser.
If you want to show information in a browser there is no need to use the ULC UX client.
When the requirement is to show only a few values you can define your own HTML page which is then loaded in the browser. For details please have a look at the WinCC OA Documentation: Special functions --> HTTP Server.
