How to I change numbers of Languages

After inreasing numbers of Languages in config, project can't start:

Numbers of languages in config file (3) and database (1) differ

How to I change numbers of Languages of ready Project

If you want to change languages of a project you have to create a new project or at least a new database for the existing project (WCCOAtoolCreateDb).
Please take into account that any historical data is lost if a new database is created.
