Alert Cycle is not generating

Hi,

In the Raima alert configuration file cycle is configured as daily x 1.

But unfortunately no file is generated every day. Tried to generate the file manually in the archive control configuration wizard its throwing the below error;

WCCILdata (0), 2020.06.15 17:05:23.596, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, AlertHistory, switchFiles, letzter Dateiwechsel nicht beendet

Please suggest me on this issue.

by the message, I'd say there's an old fileswitch still running.
