Upgrade from 3.10 to 3.17

Hi all,

How we can upgrade a WinCC OA project of V3.10 to 3.17? The direct upgrade is possible from 3.13 to 3.17 right? Can we do the upgrade by manually? If yes, what is the procedure?

Note: It is a multi-language project with 6000 I/O s and don't have any separate historian servers.

If you need, i will share you the details of the project like shield file or the backup through a secure link.

If all conditions are met, a direct upgrade should be possible from 3.10 to 3.17 (projects using different ISO character sets cannot be upgraded automatically).
1. Read the 'Notes for upgrading a WinCC OA project' (under 'Features 3.17')
2. Read the 'Upgrading a project using ISO character sets to UTF8 character sets (under 'System management' -> 'Database')
3. Try the automatic upgrade
4. Execute the manual steps from the notes

I was able to sort out the issue multilingual upgrade of iso to utf8 , but in the log viewer, it is showing the DB conversion error (attached). How we can solve this issue?

Only with the screenshot for the log viewer we cannot see what the problem is.
Which languages are you using in the project running 3.10?
