Excel report function

Hi all, I'm using WinCCOA 3.16 P014 + license, windows10 but the excel report function is disable in system management. I don't know why I don't have this function. Can anyone help me install the excel report. Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Please check whether you have installed MS office in that machine or not.

Thanks for your response. I'm using MS Excel 2016 for my laptop.

Hi,

After i have analyzed the issue it can be due to the below one of the issue

1. in the main project data folder check "xls_report" sub folder is present or not. (under the sub folder there will be many files).

If its not there then excel report option will not be enabled.

solution:

if it is not there then copy from the installation directory " C:\Siemens\Automation\WinCC OA\3.16\data\xls_report" folder and paste into your main project data folder.
