Whats your WinCC OA Version? Do you use the english version of the WinCC OA Online Help?

For the german version its "WinCC OA als Service"

hi guys,
i think i did it well, but now i have a strange behaviour.
When i restart the server, apparently nothing happen, but when i open the Consolle, all the services are running (state 2).
But the Gedi and Vision managers doesn't work, it means that both are at state 2, but the graphic interfaces doesn't pop up.
I have to say also that i'm running a test in a virtualized server whitout WinCC OA licences.
Could the licences be a reasone of this behaviours?

If i stop the WCCILpmon service from the Windows services, the GEDI nad Vision come back to work normal, otherwise they don't.

Following the events since i've started the vision manager.
At the end say: Waiting for user and password, but the panel put it in, never appear.
