Using DiagMonitor with WinCC OA

Good afternoon all,

We have a project where we want to monitor the redundant power supplies of multiple Siemens servers remotely and have the alarms being integrated in WinCC OA. I've checked the Siemens DiagMonitor tool and it seems to be the one that could do the job, since it offers monitoring and alarming functions through SNMP. Has anyone used this with WinCC OA or at all really? Thank you in advance.

I have some experience with IPC DiagBridge (COM object) to integrate the status of the local IPC into WinCC OA, but the SNMP solution should be better (more reliable & allows remote monitoring).
