S7 plus driver weirh behaviour after HW download

Hi,
we communicate with PLC CPU 1517 with two through CPs S7 plus driver (WinCC OA 3.16 P15 through subscrition). All is fine untill yesterday when PLC guys had downloaded HW configuration in PLC (without any changing about our IP address).

After this operation our SCADA seems OK (in S7 + configuration driver, CPU and Cp are all OK) but WDOG value from PLC was freezed (we had solved with S7 plus driver restarting; unfortunately we didn't look a WinCC OA log).

How is possible that HW configuration downloading causes this S7 plus driver malfunction?

You can have a look at the PVSS_II.log file to see if a log message for the S7+ driver was reported before you have restarted the driver.
Normally it should be necessary to restart the driver when the configuration was downloaded to the PLC.
