Automation Tool for Configuration

Could anyone tell me that any automation tool is used for datapoint creation or configuration of DP to objects?

In WinCC OA you can use the PARA module and/or the ASCII manager for the creation and configuration of datapoints.
When using master datapoints and power configs you can also use the MassPara Add-In in Excel for the configuration of ASCII files.
