I cant creat a Create SSL certificates via a panel becaus is disabled
User is root
A runtime license is installed at the customer server
I also tried the Gedi without a shield
It works on our local development server
The customer server is 2 hours away to drive, so I cannot insert the development dongle, I need it for SSL configuration ?
Is this the right way to create an SSL certificate (web client + SSO)
I also tried to create an SSL certificate with OpenSSL, it doesn't work (I am aware that I do not receive any support from you in this regard))

Hi,
It may be because current root user has no permissions to click on it. I made a try on my pc and if this specific feature of system mgmt requires a user bit which is not present, it is then greyed out like your screenshot.
Did someone changed the root grpe permission set? Also it is not license related as I tried in demo mode and still accessible.
For your lab test was it a full copy of the actual project stand? (including DB folder).
