Alert duration
Hi,
we need to know if is possible to identify the alert duration of an alert by adding column in History aes screen; about time we find only:
_ack_time
_came_time
_gone_time
_del_date
_partner
_system_time
It's possible to retrieve this information in a simple manner?

I don't understand what you want to do.
There is no possibility to display the duration in real time.
Basically, the duration can only be calculated between two states.

As already written the duration you have to calculate on your own.
The attribute _partner_time is only set if there is already a gone alert exisiting for a came alert.
