I'd like to know if it is possible to enable multiselection mode to acknowledge alarms (to acknowledge more than one row in differents positions).

There is no option to enable acknowledge in multiselection mode in the AEScreen.
If such a function is needed it can possibly implemented project specific with a function which
-- Reads the selected lines
-- Prepares the mapping for the function aes_changedAcknowledgeWithRowData()
-- Calls the function aes_changedAcknowledgeWithRowData()
