How to keep child panel opening when parent panel closed

I open a child panel from a parent panel by function ChildPanelOnRelativ, but when I close the parent panel then the child panel is also closed. I would like to keep the child panel appear without the parent panel. Does anyone have idea for this problem? Thanks in advanced!

A child panel must always have a parent panel and you cannot keep it open when closing the parent panel.
If you open the child panel as own module + root panel it will remain opened when closing the previous parent panel.
