Parametrize user management (SSO) not possible

we created a WinCC-OA 3.16 / SP11 project in the office
We have a user root and para, both have group "para"

If I start ULX Client wirh User ...
... root -> not Ok
... para -> Ok

both users have a passwort

Now I would like parameterize SSO on the customer's server

With user para I can't parametrize user management (Benutzerverwaltung)
With user root I c'ant start user management - system-management because I can't start the ULX-Client

In the office Development License is installed
By the client Runtime

Whats wrong ?

it is not possible to use SSO with root user, see description in our documentation

Your answer is a contradiction to the error message in the picture above right:
it says "This function can only be carried out by the user root
This works on the server in our office, but I have to connect to the domain on the customer server
I still have to set up SSO according the Help, this can be done via the user administration, where I first have to connect to the domain

The problem is, I cannot log in to the customer server as root (see above left in the picture)
What is the problem ?

Does the user management and the login with the root user work when you have not configured SSO for the root user?

If the problem is still not solved you can get in contact with your common WinCC OA support.

User Management is working, but OS Auth. is not possible/Missing (see picture Below, bit 32 for SSO is true)

GUI ist working (WebClient)
User Management is not possible with user "root" (see picture in message from Wed Feb 05, 2020 4:15 pm)
Here WinCC-OA is started as service (needed for SSO)
