PVSS 3.9 on Windows 2016 Standard 64

We have to replace a server where PVSS 3.9 runs on an MS Server 2008 / 64Bit. Can V3.9 run on Windows Server 2016 64bit?

No, you cannot run PVSS 3.9 on Windows 2016 Standard 64.
This operating system is officially not supported.

As we did not tests with this operating system we cannot tell you if it works or not.

The information for the supported operating systems you can find in the documentation for PVSS 3.9.
Windows Vista Business, Ultimate mit SP1 (32-Bit);
Windows XP XP mit SP2/SP3 (32-Bit);
Windows 2003 Server 2003 Server (32-Bit);
Windows 2008 Server 2008 Server mit SP1/SP2 (32-Bit/64-Bit);

The system is installed in a private network without internet, unfortunately the PVSS help system cannot be displayed

To display the documentation a internet connection is not required. The files for the documentation are installed with PVSS, when you have selected it during the setup.

In my previous post you can see the list of supported operating systems.
