According to the Help ,
"There are the following methods if you want to read bits from Holding Registers and map them to single data point elements", Please find the attached file for more details.
I want to know if there is any difference in counting the IO for the license.
Since in method 1 we use the address only one time on the main node while using method 2 requires addressing the 16 address on each node separately.
Form first impression it seems like method 1 takes only 1 IO while method 2 takes 16 , Please explain this.

The result in counting IOs for the license is the same in both methods.
In method 1 you need to configure 1 _address config but the number of IOs for the license is the number of elements below the node where the _address is configured.
