I am using the vision/cns/objects_parts/ref_cnsTreeFilter.pnl
When I have other dist systems, I can see all of the dist names on the tree, even though I do not have permissions to see any views on that system. The permissions work great and I can see only the views for which the logged in user has permissions.
For a customer who wants to share some data with users... he wants to hide the fact that there are dozens of other dist nodes attached to the main server.
Is there a better choice for ref panel?

If you want to show the user only a few dist systems you can possibly use the config entry distSystemIds to define which dist identifications shall be kept in memory.
