VideoOA Playback problem

Hello.
Video playback only works in a system with a local video server.
If you try to connect from the distributed system, archival videos are not available.
The live broadcast is running as normal.

If you need assistance in this case it is possibly easier if you get in contact with your WinCC OA support.
At least we need to have the information which WinCC OA version and which operating system you are using.
Are you using a WinCC OA distributed system or is "distributed system" something other in this case?
