No sum "alert list color"

Hi to everybody,
we have a problem with color with "sum alert list" in panel topology.
Our problem is that table "Alerts of panels" is not empty (therefore are present alarm active) but in "sum alert list" we don't have the cumulative color.

This strange behaviour is noted by us after DIST configuration (we think that topology "live" in master system instead "alert summary" in client system).

Thanks for repèly.

We think that color are OK because in "Alerts of panels" we see single alarms colored; the our problem is that in the "sum alert list" the "sum alert" is not active (not colored).

Do you know wich event trigger this "sum alert"?
