I have security certificate issues with Google Chrome and MSIE
Is there a solution ?

Occasionally the customer comes after signing up this waiting login screen and stays there forever
A customer can only connect to Firefox and not to Chrome or MSIE
Where can you find information on the customer PC or in the WinCC log for troubleshooting?

Dear Marcel,

was the valid certificate properly imported?
(certmgr.msc); Trusted Root Certification Authorities
Which browser version is used?
According to "common name" in earlier versions the certificate is classified
as insecure and access to the website is prevented according to the configuration of the browser.
For Google Chrome you can try to enable the following key.
<<
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Google\Chrome
create a REG_DWORD subkey called EnableCommonNameFallbackForLocalAnchors and give it a value of 1:
