.NET API OaManager DistSystemDisconnected

Hello, recently found that DistSystemDisconnected doesn't fired when I stoped local Dist manager, but DistSystemConnected works fine.
In case of stopping dist manager on remote system all events works fine.

If the Dist manager in the local system is stopped a manager in the same system will get a system message DIST_SYS_MSG (DIST_SYSTEM_ALL_DISCONNECT) instead of DIST_SYS_MSG (DIST_SYSTEM_DISCONNECT) if only the connection to a specific system is lost.
