Warning message while deactivate _alert_hdl

Post by michael.danzer »

Hi,

i want to deactivate an _alert_hdl config for a DP. If i deselect the checkbox "active for" and click on "OK" or "Apply" i get the following popup messages:

"WCCOAui (4), 2019.07.17 15:08:43.415, PARAM,WARNING, 23, Setting/modifying attributes failed, DP: <DPE>:_alert_hdl.1._type, MAN: (SYS: 1 Ui -num 4 CONN: 1)"

"WCCOAui (4), 2019.07.17 15:15:20.454, PARAM,WARNING, 22, Internal consistency check for config failed, DP: <DPE>:_alert_hdl.._active, MAN: (SYS: 1 Ui -num 4 CONN: 1)"

The alarm is acknowledged. Are there any things i need to set, before i can deactivate the alert_hdl?

Thanks
Michael

Hi,

I have seen this message when alarm isnt properly configured (ex. not good intervals, not existing class, wrong sum alarm config,...)

You should have a look into those and ensure that they are correct.

The checkbox to activate/deactivate the alert does the activation/deactivation when the box is clicked.
There is no need to click "OK" or "Apply" afterwards.
If you get an error when clicking the buttons you should check the settings as described by Alexandre.
