Extended user libraries

Hello.
Are there exist or are there plans to develop user libraries that support a modern approach to design? For more understanding what kind of libraries I mean, I attached some pictures, where shown objects for system like DeltaV, Wonderware platform.
P.S. As @dano3829 said in this post (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=10444), there are "User Experience feels like early 2000's."

Hello,

I dont see what is not doable inside WinCC OA from your screenshots. Basically those are either prograss bars, sliders, trends, slidebutton or chart widgets. Just need a bit of styling to polish but nothing amazing. Everything is here already.

And if not here, Qt has also a bunch of already made widgets easy to add to WinCC OA.
