Textfeld / Popups in ULC UX

Hello everybody
I saw a strange behavior in the ULC UX in different situations.

Login Panel:
If I click on the Name text box, nothing happens until I select the edge of the panel. Then I can enter the text. However, this only works once after that it does not work anymore.

Text field in panel:
If I select the panel directly, I can enter text, as soon as I open a faceplate, I can never enter anything in the text box.

Popup Panel (Faceplate):
If I have 2 popups open and want to move one of them, the 2 is also dragged behind the first one. So I can never look at 2 popup panels at the same time.

Can someone help me with the problem here?

Can you please check which version and patch you have installed and give us the information.
Probably you have not installed the newest patch and therefore the problem occurs.

I am using WinCC OA 3.15 Patch 15

I have installed Patch 19 now. But it is still the same.
