Can't ack alarm

Hi,

there are several alarms in a project than can't be acknowledged. When triying to ack, via aescreen or para, we get a "this is not the oldest alert - is not possible to acknowledge" (the message is in spanish, perhaps the message is not exact).
i've tried to deactivate and activate the alarm, change the alarm good range and type. i've also used the setAlert function as showed in help, with no effect.

¿How can i solve this problem?

When starting the project you will probably see a log message written by the Data Manager with the log text "no gone alert between two came ones".
The problem can be solved with the option -repair alerts for the Data Manager.

Hi,

Sorry i didn't mention it, but that was my first step. We had "sttuborn" alarms before and we fix them with this option, but now is not working.
