Showing clouds on Maps EWO

Hello,

we are starting to use Maps EWO where we needed more geographical detail on maps. We saw there is a function to activate and deactive clouds but for doing that you should have that property available on the map. Looking into WinCC OA files, there are a lot of things relating to weather.

What we need is a map where clouds and weather indicators are shown and refreshed. We found a map theme in WinCC OA which uses clouds, however that image is not updating any data.

Have you ever had to implement something similar to this?
Does google or any other company offer this kind of tools for the map themes?

The Maps EWO is based on the Marble Project (Version v19.04.0).
You possibly have to implement a function which reloads data automatically (downloaded from a server where you weather data from) in a defined interval or on demand.
Maybe you can find information when searching the internet for the Marble project and how it handles weather data.
