Time Syschoronization OF IEC 104 slaves

Hi

I am using WiccOA 3.11 with Sitras RSC, I am not able to do time synchronization of RTU over IEC 104.

Please suggest the steps for time synchronization over IEC 104.

If you want to synchronize the PLC you have to ensure that the config entry timeSync = "Y" is set for the IEC driver.
To do the time synchronization you have to send a message of type 103,C_CS_NA_1.
