Remote Ui cannot connect anymore to server

After months of correct behavior, a client WS (Remote Ui) cannot connect anymore with the server. The error message is:
"Connection error. This manager is already connected or Data is running in emergency/backup / recovery mode or active data is unreadable".
The manger is not connected , the server is running normally , I don't know what it means the last condition "active data is unreadable".

I know the following: some work has been done on the network, a name change was done in the WS (but we have reset it back to the original).

I have attached a photo. As you can see the WS connects to the server briefly, but it loose the connection with the error I have reported before.

Any clues?

The last word in the log message is "unreachable" and not "unreadable".
Please check the PVSS_II.log file at the server to see why the connection was closed.

I have looked at the PVSS_II.log (in /opt/WinCC_OA/3.15/log) related to the dates we have started to experience this issue. We have successfully conducted a Site Acceptance Test on 2.19 in the morning and apparently issues started after we left. As I said the customer has done some work on the network. We have visited the site twice , on 3.07 and last visit was on 3.19 but we couldn't resolve to problem.

I have attached the log, (just look at the last lines). It looks like that a socket connection cannot be finalized because the OS refuse the connection.
The architecture is Linux Servers , Windows WS client (windows 10) with 4 HD monitors (graphics is dynamics objects moving on the screen). We have not experience problems in general, connecting the WS to the server. And the server code is running from a long time without particular issues (we can monitor it remotely).

The log file you have attached is the log file saved in the WinCC OA installation. These log entries are not related to the WinCC OA project.
You have to look at the log folder for the WinCC OA project.

If you need further assistance please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support. Maybe it is easier then to analyze this issue.

I know, that's the only place I can find records of events for 2019.03.19. And these records (surprisingly enough) are related to the running project.

In the regular project log PVSS_II.log (and the .bak) these dates are not present. For instance the PVSS_II.log running now, shows records from Feb 22 to today, missing an entire range from March 7 to March 21st. The log pmon.scadasrv (the name of the server) shows entries for the entire range without any missing dates , thus proving that the system was running ok. So the question is how it is possible that I have a big leap of 14 days in the PVSS_II.log ? Where are these info gone ? The server was running continuously during this entire period.

I agree the local support could help, however they can't because this issue is quite strange and they do not have an answer. I can certainly open a ticket, but I was just wondering if someone has experienced something like that before and maybe have an answer.

I cannot tell you why the entries are missing in the PVSS_II.log file without checking the current log files.
If the problem still exists that the UI cannot connect you can check if now entries are written in the PVSS_II.log file for the server.
