ASCII export fatal error

Hello!
How should we "start" our project to make an ASCII-export? Now we see this when we're trying to make an export on redu project:

FATAL, 135, ASCII export cannot be started, WinCC OA project start possibly in progress. Please try again later.

Actually it's first time when I can't make an export, didn't see this message ever before..
Yes, i tried to turn off and re-start the project, but still no changes.

After starting the project you have to wait until the DataBg manager is running and the Data Manager is running in MultiUser-Mode.
As long as the project is not running in MultiUser-Mode the ASCII export is not possible.

You can also do an ASCII export when the project is stopped by calling the executable WCCOAascii from the command line.
