Send alarm to external database

Dear colleagues. There was another question. It is necessary to record all incoming / outgoing / acknowledged alarms in the external database. I think to use the “dpQueryConnectSingle” function, and at the moment only gone and received alarms are returned to the callback function, but there is no response to handshaking. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

Which type of database are you using for the external storage and which type of database is used in the WinCC OA project to store alarms?
