S7 driver issue in redundancy

Dear Support

We have a redundacy project WinCC OA v3.14, when we switch over redundancy from the prefer server to the non prefer server, the S7 driver does not work, it means it doesnt get data from S7 PLCs and log viewer shos the following errors.

"Unexpected state, s7HWService::start HW objects s7 connection ptr is NULL for address XXXX".
"Unexpected state, s7pollgroup, additemreal, no s7 connection for XXX"
"Last error repeated 50 times. Until another output occurs, this one will be blocked"

when we return back to the prefer server, driver works ok and it gets data from PLCs. This server does not show the error mentioned.

When we create the project for the first time, no redundant server and redundancy were available, what we do to solve it was: Re-create S7 data points with the redundant servers and redundancy available.
