Template DEFAULTTEMP and Error while coping Dps in ptms_Multiserver after login

Hi!

We have 2 servers and 2 clients. One client is working properly, second don't open UI.
It is open login window, write username and password but then gives error that basepanel doesn't exist for our resolution.

We use 2 monitors each 1920x1080(extended display). Additionally it says that try to load template DEFAULTTEM with resolution 1920x180, but fitting basePanel doesn't not exist.

At same time we see in log:

We are also set Panel Topology\Template\Screem\Resolution into Manual and Automatic but without success.

At the log message I can see that you are using the OGS panels.
Please take into account that OGS panels are not part of the WinCC OA standard product.
A library userMan.cts does not exist in WinCC OA 3.12.
Are you sure that the text in the log message is correct?

The last error is probably related to a missing user permission which does not allow the UI to create datapoints.
