How to start log viewer in web client?

How can I start the log viewer panel in ultralight weg client_
pmonStartLogViewer does not work for me. There must be another way.

When using the ULC UX the UI is running on the machine where the script webclient_http.ctl is running.
Only graphical information is transferred to the web browser on the client machine.
You can try to use the function openLogViewer().
