Wrong file for WinCC OA 3.16 P005 Windows branding package
Downloading WinCC OA 3.16 P005 Windows branding package will download file WinCC_OA_3.16_linux_sles_x86_64_P005 which is Linux version.

that has already been corrected.
The user groups (authorization) for branding packages have also been configured.
