How to build development environment of newWCCILManager project?

These days,a question puzzled me.
I created a new API by the script newWCCILManager.cmd
When i open it in Visual Studio 2013 (my wincc oa version is 3.15)
A lot of warning and errors came out ,
I added the path which according the Tips to Project Include path , but it doesn't work also

Who can give me a build process?

Did you have a look at the WinCC OA Documentation --> Add-ons --> API?
