Hi,
Is there a way to create and compile the ctrl ext demo project for linux while using windows os? I tried to compile project under API_ROOT\\TemplateCtrlExt but cmake still treats the project as windows dll. I wonder if is there any way to do it without making a wincc oa setup on linux os, or shall I install winccoa on Linux and create the demo project ?
Best Regards

Hey im using a Linux VM but if you have Windows 10 you can install Windows Subsystem for Linux.
Windows Subsystem for Linux has no Desktop environment (but using VNC works)
Unfortunately the Windows Version of WinCC OA has only the Windows libs.

Cross compiling is not supported. Install WinCC OA on Linux for compiling for Linux targets.
