SavePanel function after addSymbol

Hello, sometime ago the panel saving feature was announced.
It allows to not recreate all objects on opening panel, just open saved panel, which was generated automatically with addsymbol function.

Is it avaliable now? in which versions is it supported?

The function "writeToFile" for the panel is available in 3.15 and 3.16 when using the newest patches.
