Good morning dear.

We have a project where we are presenting a problem related to the database; Sometimes the manager of the database closes only indicating as a message "WCCILdata.exe has stopped working" at the moment of giving accept in the error message, the project is reinitiated, sometimes it takes 15 or 20 days to return to present the error.

Any reason why this may be happening?

any possible solution to the issue?

For the analysis why the process has stopped we need more information.
First of all please tell us which WinCC OA version and patch level is installed at this project.
Also please give us the information which operating system you are using.

* Wincc OA 3.14 Path 0020
* Windows Server 2012

Our project working in redundant system and we have 3 UI client.
