XmlRpc problem after update with new patch - WinCC OA 3.14

Hello,

Yesterday I updated WinCC OA 3.14 with the newest patch (P021). Now I have another problem. Every script that is using XmlRpc to communicate with protocol adapters is now going to state 3, with the following warning message written in log:

WCCILpmon (1), 2018.09.27 11:44:16.767, SYS, WARNING, 36/pmon, Blocking Manager WCCOActrl(111) detected. No heartbeat since 30 seconds.

Sometimes, the script starts automatically some time later, with this message in log:

WCCILpmon (1), 2018.09.27 11:49:01.932, SYS, WARNING, 39/pmon, Manager WCCOActrl(111) is no longer blocking.

Sometimes all scripts return to normal function, but when I try to restart any of them, or start some other script, all of them go to state 3 again.

We did not have this situation before installation of P021 patch, and now we have no idea how to resolve this. Also, what I noticed is when I turn off project on one server, all scripts on the other server start normally. When I start the project again, those sctipts go to state 3.

Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?

Best regards,
Nedžad Agi?

From which version did you update?
Are the projects connected to each other?
Do you use the xmlrpc client and/or server?
How many scripts are using xmlrpc?
Which encoding is your project using? And which encoding does the xmlrpc communication use?

Only the readme of P012 from 3.14 mentions a xmlrpc change.

The problem is already in analysis by the WinCC OA support team.
There is no need to discuss this topic also in the forum.
