Hi all,

A server we've set up is exporting only blank ASCII export files. That is, the files are 0kb and have no contents. There are plenty of datapoints and we are selecting them correctly.

Does anyone know how this problem is caused and how to fix it?



Edit: The server is in a redundant pair. Looks like it's necessary to shut down the redundant partner first.

There is no need to stop one of the redundant servers if an ASCII export shall be made.
Do you get errors when trying to do the ASCII export?
Is it probably a permission problem that the user starting the ASCII manager cannot read the database files?
