Quenstion IEC104 Protocol

Hi,
I am testing for IEC104 Communication with Wincc OA v3.5

The OA have to communicate with Old RTU(SAT AK1703). The I/O is only DI,AI. DI is 16 Single-point indication. AI is Measured value short floating point.
I think 16 single-point indication is not IEC Standard. so, I'm not sure Wincc OA can support 16 single-point indication(TI137).
Does the Wincc OA support 16 single-point indication ?

And If the event in RTU was occurred during the communication error between wincc oa and RTU. then how can get the lost event after recovery ?
I've been waiting for about 10 minutes, but the event has not been updated.
How can I set the event will be updated periodically?

Hi,
I tested the IEC104 Protocol with SAT RTU today. and the Wincc OA supports the TI 137, TI 138 data formats. it is cleared.
But, I do not yet know how to set up receiving periodic communication data via IEC104 protocol in Wincc OA.
If you have any idea, please help me.
Thanks.

To my knowledge our IEC driver only receives data, it does not tell the RTU how oft it wants to receive data.
During a connection loss the RTU should buffer the data and sent it after connection establishment or the general query.

Perhaps your local/global list is not properly configured.
