Hi all,

the space reduction of storage in InfluxDB is said to be somewhere between 60% to 80% in comparison to HDB storage consumption (and even more compared to RDB / Oracle storage consumption). Is that comparable when using the PostgreSQL (in the near future :D)?

I could not find information if the same factor applies to the PostgreSQL database.
Possibly you can find information in the internet when searching for a comparison of Influx and PostgreSQL databases.

Thank you. I got the information that it is about the same size as when using the Oracle DB since it is also a RDB.
