Hello,

I am trying to connect ITC to WinCC OA project, but I am getting following message in log:

WCCOActrl (2), 2018.12.20 14:41:20.437, PARAM,WARNING, 7/http, Unauthorized connect from @thinClient, /_info
WCCOActrl (2), 2018.12.20 14:41:20.471, SYS, WARNING, 3/http, Incoming connection from disallowed client ::ffff:192.168.128.216 refused.

On the server side I have started control script web_client.ctl with http port set to 777.

Configuration of the ITC connection is as follows:

ConnectionName: SozinaRas
Server 192.168.131.216
Port: 777
Client ID: 0
Reduntant server: -
User: user
Password:
Autostart connection: checked
Show connection: checked
Reconnect automatically: checked

Credentials entered in ITC connection configuration match the user credentials on server project.
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

One more info: I am using ITC1200 V2.0.2. WinCC OA help says:

"With WinCC OA Version 3.16 the ITCv3 will be officially supported. Please note that for using WinCC OA with the ITCv3 a firmware upgrade is required. This upgrade is planned to be released for download in Q4 2018.
Previous versions of the ITCs are not supported with this version of WinCC OA."

As I saw on Siemens page there is no firmware upgrade for ITC1200. Does it mean that ITC1200 can't be connected to WinCC OA 3.16 project?
