An _add_value can only be set for a specific instance of an alert, e.g. the CAME alert.
It is not comparable to setting another attribute for the _alert_hdl config (e.g. the alert text) which is then used for all alerts created after the modification.
The _add_value needs to be set again and again for every upcoming alert.
In the following part of the documentation you can find the differences between the result table when querying events and alerts.

At the description of the functions used to retrieve information from an "aTime" there was a little mistake. Instead of getATime() I wanted to mention the function getACount().
